All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except:

1. For wrong delivery.
2. For damaged goods during delivery.

You can request for return/ exchange within 7 calendar days upon receiving the products. If exceeding 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases:

• When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receiving the products
• Any item not in its original packing and label
• When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
• Has been used
• Damaged for reasons not due to our error

You are required for providing order number, invoice details and photos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.
